We’re off to the Races...May 25th!
An exciting jam-packed race season will be kicking off on Friday, May 25 with thoroughbred racing taking to the track. As in the past – racing will be on Friday and Saturday evenings starting at 7:05 p.m. The horse population will once again be strong in 2012 and with 13 to 14 jockey’s arriving from Trinidad and Jamaica it will make for very competitive and interesting racing along with some fantastic wagering opportunities throughout the season. The focal point of the thoroughbred racing season will be the $25,000 - Saskatchewan Derby to be run on Saturday, September 8.
